Machine safety self-assessment sheet

Treviso Local Healthcare Service ULSS 9 published a public section on its website with information on mandatory rules for employers on workplace safety, providing tools for the self-assessment of the employer’s degree of compliance with legislation in force.

These include a Machine Safety Self-Assessment form  with the relevant instructions for completing it.

Canopo Audit can be used to create the self-assessment form, with all the instructions needed for each step of the assessment.
The system also lets you link the form with each specific machine, and manage periodic repetitions of the assessment to evaluate compliance over time.
The machinery assessment process is simple to plan with Canopo Audit, as the system generates reports with:

  • The work plan, in other words which assessments should be performed, on which machines, and when;
  • The state of work progress (assessment execution status workflow function);
  • The aggregate result of the assessments (displayed in dashboards showing the general degree of compliance and any compliance gaps).
